Bringing Peace to the World One Person at a Time Bill Wilson, cofounder of Alcoholics Anonymous, once wrote, “There is a direct linkage among self-examination, meditation, and prayer.” Along with the principle of surrender, we created our guided meditation around these three inspirations. Its whole idea is to relax the participant, quiet the mind, and bring them into a soft space where they might listen and be available to God.
